Great burger creations and the evening meal with cocktails is very good value for money. Frozen yoghurt with berries and crumbled brownies is an amazing dessert not to miss.

Mega restaurant! The food was really good and the service really quick! I also found it really good how the Corona protective measures were taken into account. Only every second table was occupied. If you want to eat something during this time, you are in good hands here!

Basements were rude. We have to wait a long time for our table or for our food, even though it wasn't busy. Generally a bit disappointed with the company as I was recommended to go there. Burgers taste okay, but luckily I find Hans better or other burger restaurants in general.

The vegetarian burger was delicious, as were the cocktails. The music in the restaurant is already very loud, but you can still have a good conversation at the table. Overall, I would come again for the delicious burger.

It's a nice burger chain restaurant. The filled area is a bit smaller compared to other branches. Nevertheless there are enough places for customers. The staff are friendly and that is only recommended. Unfortunately, you cannot order beer from the evening menu and only long drinks and cocktails. It is not entirely logical from my point of view. But the drinks are also delicious.

One of the best Peter Panes! Celebrated birthday with several friends there. As always, super fast service and very good quality. Nice atmosphere right on the water. Will be a regular guest here. Nevertheless, reserve in advance if possible.

Overcrowded restaurant - in Peter Pane in Berlin every second table is locked to create distance; here the guests sat shoulder to shoulder. The music was very loud too, which meant that people had to speak very loudly too. We turned around and left. We have seldom experienced such a risky place.

Nice shop, but you wait too long. Arrived at 8:15 p.m. - the waitress came at 8:46 p.m. and now it's 9:20 p.m. and we still have nothing (food). I'm curious how it tastes. Therefore (waiting time) only two stars.

Service is slow but is worth it

We were first put at the wrong table and later reprimanded for it. The order was taken and afterwards nobody felt responsible for us, so we would no longer have the opportunity to order. The food was of a normal standard, no revelation. Gladly not in this restaurant again.

Great discovery! We were walking around Hamburg when we came across this beautiful corner. A very special place, decorated with great taste and in a location very close to the center. The staff was friendly and the food was very tasty. We sat outside, on the side of the canals, where there are some very romantic little tables. Highly recommended

Very nicely located in a courtyard with a garden restaurant. Also has seats on the canal that runs along the other side of the restaurant. Service very friendly. I can't say anything about the food, as we only had a drink.

Today we were badly disappointed by Peter Pane. They delivered multigrain instead of brioche, no cheese that was ordered separately and twice no onions that were ordered separately. One wonders whether the expensive upgrade to Black Angus was even delivered for € 5.10, or whether the standard was used. When calling the store, the first call the customer is directed to the answering machine and on the second call, a sloppy employee answered the phone, who directly reports you are lying and everything would have been delivered. (see photos). After a long discussion while the employee was still audibly whispering to his colleagues, a € 5 credit is only unwillingly offered for an order over € 50. With this "service" one need not be surprised if customers are soon absent.

The burgers were terrific !! Not to be compared with similar chains. Dessert fab. The cocktails as sweet as sugar. Didn't finish them.

We had dinner at Peter Pane's yesterday on 05.08 and were served by a lady who was only on her second day. The service was great, the waitress was very friendly and everything went really well. Food and drinks were delicious too.

Despite the considerable size of the guest room, it is cozy with a lot of wood. A narrow outdoor area invites you to sit in the sunshine directly above a canal, which makes it special. You can also sit in the quasi outdoor area of ​​the Stadthöfe (Bleichenhof). Attention! Now at the time of the corona pandemic, only the tables with the sauce trays can be used in order to maintain the required distances. All hygiene measures were observed, the staff wears mouth protection, smiles with their eyes, is friendly, attentive, fast and literally exudes a good mood! As a guest you feel in good hands! The menu offers an abundance of burgers, including vegetarian and vegan options, with a wide variety of options. There are combination options where you can book a side dish, a drink and a dessert or coffee with the dish at a flat rate and not have to pay for everything individually. With the burgers you can choose from three different rolls, the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (yes, that works!). Very tasty with the sauces at your disposal at your table. Oh yes, if you go to the "toilet" (upstairs), you sit behind rustic wooden doors and listen to stories from Peter Pan at a comfortable volume. Disinfectant is also available. Recommended all round!

Eat 5 stars! Delicious! Team very friendly but ignoring reservations despite the advice saying that whoever came first is of course not possible. Therefore only 3 stars for the service.

Easily the best burger place in Hamburg so far. Enchanting decor and fantastic river view. The burger was just right, a tad to the pricy side but worth it. Seating wouldn't be comfortable for more than a quick bite. Service was quick in lunch time on a Friday. Highly Recommended

I have to say that the guy who waited on our table was a nice chap but the rest of the staff were surely, rude and too cool to serve you. They just wanted to spend their evening chatting amongst themselves and ignoring the customers. The food was mediocre, the seats were uncomfortable and the whole experience of eating there was a massive disappointment. We were shocked when one particularly rude member of staff came over and yelled at the top of his voice that if we wanted coffee we must order now because he was turning off the machine. I have eaten at other Peter Pane restaurants in Hamburg and always had a good time but I will never return to this one.
